Origin: GREECE
Is a soft, granulated cheese with no shape or outer skin or holes, white colour with soft mass and it is served with a spoon. It is made of sheep's milk or goat's milk or a mixture of both. Its chemical analysis is :
moisture of 60% max.,
content of fats 40% in dry matter
and salt of 2-3.5%.
Its manufacture is permitted only in the country of Grevena or the Voio province in the country of Kozani where the animals are bred
