It is made in square and rectangular pieces that placed in wooden barrels or tin boxes.

Salt 1.8 - 2.75%
With the rule 1107/96 of 12 June 1996 has been prclaimed DOC cheese but already
Since 1988 Greek legislation has defined the prescriptions of the cheese and can be named feta
