Cream cheese without outer skin with irregular shape and pepper taste.
Its colour is white. Its appearance is from small grains. It is made from sheep's, goat's or cow's milk or misture of them. It has been sell in tin boxes and has been conserved inside the fridge.

Kopanisti is a cheese that isn't manufactured industrial.
The manufacture is permitted in Cyclades islands.
